Dumpling Wei is a spin off concept for a larger family of sit down Chinese eateries in Los Angeles. While the menu and ingredients stay true to their roots, the aesthetics blend traditional elements of Chinese design and culture with contemporary sensibilities that create a welcoming experience for diners.
By leveraging the design flaws in the space we created more seating options for patrons while improving flow of movement for the servers.
