A community-focused food hall that serves as both an emporium of global cuisines and a celebration of local heritage.
Haven City Market is the first food hall in the City of Rancho Cucamonga. Conceptualized as "The New Main Street” the project creates a space for locals to dine, play, hang out and enjoy regular community events in an area lacking a true downtown.
We leaned into the area's agricultural history and brought in an abundance of greenery, murals, and woods to an open industrial box (formerly a JCPenny warehouse) making the new walkways welcoming and conducive to exploration. Form and function go hand in hand featuring a variety of seating and lighting elements to create different dining experiences. A large stage welcomes patrons with performances and a "town square" visual where visitors can sit, eat and hang out.
